As a maintenance technician, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and improving all equipment and systems, which keeps our location running smoothly. ABOUT THE ROLE Maintain and evaluate company equipment, including: Gas and diesel vehicles, tractor trailers, fork lifts, automated/semi-automated saws, carpentry power tools, wall panel/truss fabrication equipment, and other machinery. Perform skilled repair and maintenance operations, using equipment such as hand or power tools, hydraulic presses, diagnostic tools and fabrication equipment e.g. welder, plasma cutter etc. Assist in maintaining buildings including: mechanical, HVAC, and basic electrical systems. Proficient in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, PLC’s, and hydraulic systems operations and controls Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and operation of forklift, trailers and vehicles (gas and diesel) Test and maintain all systems, machinery and equipment to ensure that they continually operate and meet the recommended manufacturer intervals Installing and assembling machines and equipment Establish and maintain a preventative maintenance plan The capability to provide timely service to diagnose and remedy problems Work as a part of a team to ensure the job is completed quickly and efficiently A rockstar at communication

YOUR PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE Prior experience in electrical, industrial automation, and/or mechanical fields Experience in working with a variety of different equipment is a huge plus! It would be great if your experience encompasses these four things: Your background involves putting customers first You have been a HUGE contributor to the success of a team You are known to be the point person for product knowledge You are uniquely you and bring something to the table that no one else can.
