Real Estate Associate (3–5 Years’ PQE) New York $260,000–$365,000 -

depending on skills, experience and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. (This role may also be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus).

A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level associate (Class of 2021–2023) to join its highly regarded Real Estate practice in New York.

The Role This position offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including: Acquisitions and dispositions Real estate financings Joint ventures Fund formation Commercial leasing

You will advise major institutional investors, developers, private equity sponsors and lenders on complex, high-value matters across asset classes.

Candidate Profile 3–5 years’ experience in commercial real estate transactions at a leading law firm Strong academic credentials Experience handling substantial responsibility on complex deals Excellent drafting, negotiation and client management skills Admission to the New York Bar (or eligibility to waive in)
