Clinical Support Tech, Specialty Care

Clinical Support TechPark Nicollet is looking to hire a Clinical Support Tech to join our team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.This position will provide and/or support patient care by performing tasks and duties consistent with professional standards and HealthPartners policies and procedures. In addition, may function in supply aid and/or sterilization capacity by maintaining a safe work area and ensuring that it is adequately stocked, cleaned and organized. Implement cleaning and sterilizing procedures to support infection control and OSHA standards.Minimum Qualifications:Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: 2 years customer service experience and/or healthcare experienceComplete Medical Terminology and Pharmacology online courses within six months of hire (effective April 7, 2025; not required if hired prior to this date)Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: Complete BLS course within 1 week of hire and maintained BLS certification in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA).
