A respected national litigation practice in Midtown Manhattan is growing its Complex General Liability team and is looking for a 3+ year associate ready to take ownership of sophisticated, high-exposure matters. This is a team that values sharp thinking, practical strategy, and attorneys who want to build real courtroom experience.

Here, you won’t be siloed. You’ll work alongside experienced litigators on construction, New York Labor Law, transportation/trucking, and general liability cases, managing files from inception through trial. You’ll take depositions, argue motions, appear in court, and communicate directly with clients who rely on your judgment.

What you bring: 3+ years of insurance defense or general liability litigation experience Familiarity with NY Labor Law (§§ 200, 240, 241 preferred) Transportation/trucking experience is a plus Admission in good standing in New York

Competitive compensation:
