Requirements:

Active RN license in the practicing state. Experience in progressive care, step-down, or critical care preferred. Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills. BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities:

Monitor patient conditions and vital signs closely. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed. Respond to changes in patient status and escalate care when necessary. Educate patients and families on care plans and health management. Document patient care accurately and collaborate with the healthcare team.
