Job summary As an Order Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless management of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of an order, with a focus on maintaining our high standards of professional email and phone communication with customers and suppliers. Your administrative expertise will be pivotal in serving as a liaison between both our customers and suppliers, managing the lifecycle of each order. Summary of Essential Job Functions Responsible for overseeing all aspects of order management, including (but not limited to) ensuring orders from suppliers are delivered to our customers correctly and in the most fast and efficient manner, managing an assigned portfolio in our proprietary software, and maintaining professional communication via email and phone conversations.
