Location: Charlottesville, VA, Harrisonburg, VA or Staunton, VA Employment: Full-time or Part-time; PRN also available in Staunton, VA About the Facility: We are expanding our urgent care services in various locations in VA and are seeking Family Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our team. We provide timely, compassionate care in a fast-paced urgent care setting with support from dedicated staff. Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and urgent clinical conditions Order and interpret labs and imaging Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans Perform minor procedures (e.g., suturing, I&Ds, splinting) Complete clinical documentation in EMR Collaborate with clinical support staff to ensure high-quality patient care Compensation & Incentives: Competitive compensation with premium pay for overtime Sign On Bonus: up to $20,000 (amortized over 1 or 2 years) Relocation assistance up to $5,000 to help with moving expenses Annual CME allowance (typically $2,000 $3,000 per year) Tuition assistance up to $10,000 SCI (Strategic Care Initiative): Annual bonus based on prior-year earnings.
