experienced, board-certified Neonatologist

to join and help lead our expanding program at

Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center (SRMC)

Your Role & Impact Provide collaborative care in the Level III NICU and newborn nursery Attend high-risk deliveries and participate in perinatal team care Mentor nursing and respiratory therapy teams as NICU volume and acuity expand Help shape clinical protocols and growth strategies for a developing NICU program Work alongside: 2 Neonatologists 4.5 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners NICU Overview 8-bed Level III NICU 10 LDR couplet care rooms Combined census: 9-11 patients/day Approximately
