Candidates with advanced experience or relevant licenses may be considered at the higher end of the range. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package. Daily Responsibilities: Inspecting, installing, and maintaining elevators and lifts Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams Performing preventive maintenance on equipment Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical issues Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations Required Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring Experience with hand tools and maintenance management Familiarity with building codes and specifications Ability to perform inspections and diagnostic tests Electrical Wiring Nice to Have Skills: Experience with hydraulics Knowledge of general repair Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical systems Experience with preventive maintenance Ability to perform installations and repairs Company Information: Access Elevator has been empowering mobility and independence since 2005, when it was founded to meet the growing demand for accessible home and commercial modifications.
