Key Responsibilities:
Create, Implement and support individualized behavior intervention plans with fidelity
Foster respectful, supportive, and professional relationships with students, families, and team members
Support individualized education plans (IEPs), including service schedules, accommodations, and appropriate curriculum modifications
Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team model (including Teachers, OT, SLP, LSSP, and other specialists)
Work directly with and provide ongoing support to the TEA Director and Assistant Director and Lead Teacher ensuring alignment with district and state compliance requirements
Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation and reporting required by school districts and the Texas Education Agency (TEA)
Contribute to the development, review, and revision of IEP goals and objectives
Oversee real-time, accurate data during instructional and behavioral sessions
Document sessions using clear, professional, and clinically appropriate language
Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and FERPA regulations, ensuring confidentiality of all student and family information
Demonstrate initiative, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic educational environment
