Bilingual Lead RN

Insight Global is seeking a bilingual professional with pediatric and clinic experience to support daily operations and ensure smooth patient care. This role does not involve running the clinic but requires strong knowledge of clinic workflows. Key

Responsibilities: Handle patient phone calls, assess symptoms, and provide guidance within scope before escalating to providers. Schedule patient appointments and assist with patient access. Ensure clinical care team members maintain required competencies (e.g., blood pressure checks). Manage vaccine counts and inventory. Assist with creating staff schedules and ordering supplies. Maintain accurate inventory and oversee supply management.

Requirements: Registered Nurse in the State of South Carolina or a Compact license Previous nursing experience Bilingual (Spanish and English speaking)

Compensation: $37/hr to $43/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
