Job Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Must possess a good understanding of simulation hardware and software to recommend solutions to best fit customer requirements. * Candidate must be self-motivated. * Excellent writing and presentation skills. * Ability to establish priorities to ensure tasks are accomplished on schedule. * Respond to tasks and mentorship from Engineering Manager or more advanced Systems Engineer. * Must be able to obtain a security clearance when required by the contract.

Education and Experience

* Bachelor's degree in an engineering major and two (2) years of experience in systems engineering or another engineering discipline; or * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with four (4) years of experience in systems engineering or another engineering discipline; or * High school diploma or equivalent and eight (8) years of experience in systems engineering or another engineering discipline. * Advanced degree in engineering is preferred. * Experience with MBSE preferred.
