Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, service standards, and quality control. Supervise and motivate staff, providing training and development opportunities to foster growth and loyalty. Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring the optimal use of resources and reducing waste. Maintain restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times. Manage budgets, expenses, and staffing to meet or exceed financial goals. Conduct regular staff briefings, ensuring communication and consistency across all teams. Lead by example with a positive attitude, fostering teamwork and creating a welcoming environment for both guests and employees.

What We’re Looking For:

A dynamic, positive, and enterprising leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Extensive experience in restaurant management, with a deep understanding of food and beverage operations. Ability to lead a team, delegate responsibilities, and make decisions under pressure. Proven track record in achieving profitability goals and maintaining high service standards. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Knowledge of restaurant industry trends and the ability to implement innovative solutions. Experience with financial management, including budgeting, payroll, and inventory control.
