Job Description:

Line Supervisor We are looking for an experienced, self-driven and motivated Supervisor to join our team! As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading, managing, rewarding, and motivating team members to ensuring their daily success. As well as, identifying and executing processess and procedure opportunities. Duties/responsibilities:

Set clear team goals and hold Team Members accountable

Delegate tasks and set deadlines

Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance

Create a healthy and motivating work environment

Environmental compliance

Monitor team performance and report on metrics

Motivate team members

Discover training needs and provide coaching

Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

Support material and inventory initiatives

Demonstrate continuous improvement culture

Basic understanding of financials, budgets, COGS and variances

Know the product build and performance details

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience as a Team Leader or similar role

2-3 years in manufacturing and continuous improvement

Prior technical experience in electrical, plumbing, and/or carpentry is highly preferred

Critical thinker with demonstrated problem-solving skills

Good time-management skills

Great interpersonal and communication skills
