Position Overview We are seeking compassionate and experienced

Psychiatric Registered Nurses (Psych RNs)

to provide high-quality mental health care in inpatient, outpatient, and behavioral health settings. The ideal candidate will support patients experiencing psychiatric, emotional, or behavioral conditions while promoting safety, stabilization, and recovery.

Key Responsibilities Perform psychiatric assessments and monitor patient mental status Administer medications and evaluate treatment effectiveness Implement individualized care plans and therapeutic interventions Support crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams Educate patients and families on treatment plans and coping strategies Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation

Requirements Active

California RN license Minimum 1 year of psychiatric or behavioral health nursing experience preferred BLS certification required; CPI or PMAB preferred Strong communication, assessment, and crisis management skills
