EEG Techician, Part Time, Days

This position conducts non-invasive neurodiagnostic exams of patients using electroencephalographic, evoked potential on both in-patients and scheduled out-patients. Required Skills

Ability to recognize normal and abnormal neurodiagnostic examinations. Successfully passing safety, cultural sensitivity and blood pathogen classes.

Required Experience

Required: High School Diploma or GED Certification eligible by American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic Technologist or equivalent Successful completion of traineeship of duration of one year Minimum 6 months experience in EEG Lab BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Preferred: AA degree. College graduate with the emphasis on physical or biological science.
