As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive medical services, including: * Counseling and education on health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness Coordination of specialty referrals and follow-up care Accurate documentation and maintenance of medical records in the EHR system Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications per IHS formulary, and developing individualized care plans Active participation in quality improvement, infection control, and patient safety initiatives

Additional Duties: Indian Preference Exercised: PBHS #LinkedIN #NP #FNP Requirements: Must be certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners ~2 years of experience as a Family, Internal Medicine or Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner ~ Must possess a current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration from any State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States. ~ S. citizen living primarily in the United States ~ Must not require visa sponsorship (no visa holders or green card residents) ~ Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
