Adult Mental Health Therapist

Our facilities in Northwest Wisconsin offer a peaceful environment for our clients and staff, with easy access to activities and resources near Minneapolis, St. The Mental Health Therapist provides direct clinical services to individuals, families, and groups. The Mental Health Therapist functions as a treatment team member and collaborates with other agency professionals in order to provide therapeutic services to identified clients and their families. The Mental Health Therapist aides in role modeling and mentoring staff in providing high quality treatment services.

Conduct clinical assessments using clinical interview, review of records, objective diagnostic tools, and consultation with other members of the treatment team. Integrate professional treatment and behavioral strategies within a multi-disciplinary team of professionals including medical and direct care personnel. Collaborate with and guide the treatment team members in implementing individualized and comprehensive treatment plans congruent with the identified client’s diagnosis, needs, and personal strengths. Actively participate in clinical supervision meetings as required to meet best practice and licensure standards. Must be fully licensed in Wisconsin (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LP) or have a valid training license Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing Knowledge of Federal, State and local ordinances and policies regarding therapeutic issues Quality & Adaptability Connection & Well-being
