Account Manager – Outside Sales (Legal Services) Territory: Louisiana & Mississippi Remote / Field-Based Role

We are partnering with a legal services company that supports personal injury law firms through specialized, relationship-driven solutions. The company is well-established, financially stable, and expanding its outside sales presence after years of operating primarily through an inside sales model.

This is a field-based Account Manager role focused on owning a defined regional territory and building durable, referral-driven relationships with law firms.

The Role This is not a desk job and not a transactional, one-call close environment. Success comes from consistent in-person coverage, disciplined follow-through, and operating within a structured sales process.

You’ll be responsible for: Managing and expanding relationships with personal injury law firms across Louisiana and Mississippi Maintaining regular face-to-face presence with firms through planned field travel Prospecting new firms while also growing existing relationships Following a defined sales process, including scripts, CRM documentation, and activity standards Keeping opportunities and follow-ups moving with urgency and attention to detail Serving as a visible, trusted representative of the company in the market

Territory & Travel Expectations This is a true regional territory, not a single-city role Expect regular in-state travel, including long drive days and occasional overnights depending on routing Most reps balance home office time with in-market days, often clustering meetings by city/region to maximize efficiency Comfort operating independently in the field is critical

Who This Role Is a Strong Fit For 3–7 years of inside or outside sales experience (outside/territory sales strongly preferred) Comfortable owning a geographic territory and managing your own schedule Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with follow-up Willing to follow a defined process (CRM, scripts, approval steps) Motivated by performance-based earnings and long-term relationship growth Background selling into professional services, healthcare, compliance-driven, or relationship-based B2B environments is helpful but not required
