Naturalistic Therapy Team adding Pediatric Occupational Therapist!
Our fantastic multidisciplinary team here at Eastside Therapy Services is growing! We are a small and close-knit group of providers operating under a multidisciplinary and naturalistic therapy model. We believe in a holistic approach to pediatric therapy services.
Our naturalistic therapy model includes providing services in our naturalistic therapy center in charming Gilman Village, as well as schools, childcare environments, and home settings. Our therapy center even includes an animal assisted therapy program where children and staff can interact with families in a natural outdoor space with the cutest little goats and the fluffiest bunnies!

Our team takes pride in developing an individualized and holistic approach to services for each of our clients , as well as an individualized experience for each provider. There is flexibility to work part time, full time, and to dive deep and help create a program that enables you to focus on your professional interests. Our current opening is the ideal fit for an experienced OT who has diverse background which includes providing intervention in the areas of sensory processing/integration, emotional regulation, and fine, visual, and gross motor skill building, all while using a play-based, client driven approach.
This particular role would entail working in the clinic, in homes and in school settings. We include paid drive time as well as working and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team in both evaluations and treatment. Ongoing mentorship is available.

Responsibilities of an OT
· Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations
· Create dynamic and comprehensive treatment plans for clients
· Provide therapy in the school, home and/or community setting
· Provide parent and family coaching and support
· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary service team to maximize the clients learning
· Find creative ways to make therapy fun, effective and engaging
Qualifications and Skills
· Licensed COTA/OT in Washington State
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
· Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
· Must be able to lift 35 pounds and get on and off the floor easily

Salary: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour OT,
$38.00-$47.50 per hour COTA
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
