Position Summary Pride Health is seeking an experienced

Travel Registered Nurse (RN)

to provide

medical-surgical patient care during night shifts . The RN will coordinate and implement patient care on assigned units, ensuring quality and safety standards are consistently met. This role requires clinical expertise, professionalism, and a commitment to compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities Provide safe, high-quality care to patients across the medical-surgical spectrum Implement and coordinate individualized patient care plans based on patient needs Monitor patient status, document care, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions Demonstrate professional behavior and maintain respectful relationships with patients, families, and staff

Qualifications Current

New Mexico RN license

or valid

Compact state license BLS certification

required Minimum

2 years of experience

in medical-surgical nursing or related specialty Graduate of an accredited nursing program Knowledgeable in age/population-specific care and patient safety practices Ability to work night shifts and adapt to varying schedules and patient care demands

Physical Requirements & Work Environment Exposure to infectious diseases, bloodborne pathogens, and diagnostic imaging Physically demanding: prolonged standing, patient lifting, bending, and reaching Ability to respond to emergencies and maintain composure in stressful situations

Compensation Hourly Rate:

$57.50/hr Schedule:

7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 3 shifts/week Contract Duration:

91 weeks (travel assignment)
