Dates : August 3-ongoing (all weeks open - 1 provider weekly needed)

PRN Dates Available:

April 11, 12, 17-19 (call only), 24-30, May 4-7, 18-24, 26-29, June 1-7, 13, 14, July 20-26. Future dates TBD

Schedule:

Monday-Friday; 7am-3pm

Call:

3pm-7am; primary call every 3rd weeknight & 4th weekend. Every week ongoing but perm rotation 3 on, 1 off

Cases:

General, Endo, OB (450 deliveries), GYN, Ortho, some Spines, Uro, Podiatry and Cardiac (380/year cath lab and TEE)

Additional Details ACLS, BLS, PALS required

Spinals, Epidurals, Blocks required
