Intellectual Property/Patent Litigation Attorney

Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school Active membership in the State Bar of New York 2+ years of experience in patents, trademarks, copyrights, licensing, and IP litigation Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, AI, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple matters independently while collaborating with a team

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $300,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
