Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy to address pain, mobility, and functional limitations.
Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Accurately document evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports in compliance with regulations.
Supervise PTAs and technicians while collaborating with front desk and clinical staff.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs to promote long-term success and independence.
Qualifications:
1โ5 years of outpatient physical therapy experience (orthopedic experience preferred).
New Grads are welcome to apply!
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
Active Physical Therapy license in the state of North Carolina.
Commitment to continuing education and clinical growth.
Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English (additional languages a plus).
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift, push, pull, and assist patients with exercises and transfers.
Exert up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 30 pounds frequently.
May be exposed to infectious diseases, electrical equipment, and physical strain related to patient care.
