Wound Care Nurse

Wound Care Nurse (LPN/RN) Job Summary Ascend Medical is hiring experienced Wound Care Nurses (LPN or RN) to support our growing wound care program across Northeast Georgia. This is a traveling, home to home role supporting multiple regions. The ideal candidate brings strong wound care expertise, comfort working independently, and a patient-first mindset. You will assess, treat, and manage complex wounds while collaborating with providers and clinical teams to improve healing outcomes and patient quality of life. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (3 days/week) Territory: Buford, Braselton, Lawrenceville, Snellville, Loganville and surrounding Northeast Georgia.
