Campus Sales Representative (Orange County)

Campus Sales Representative $55k-$65k | Full-Time | Onsite

The Hang Loose Hut is building the most dominant Greek apparel brand in the country and we’re looking for a hungry, competitive, high-energy Campus Sales Representative to help us win. This is a proactive sales position. You will own relationships with sororities and campus organizations, generate new opportunities through CRM-driven outreach, close bulk merchandise orders, and help us dominate top universities nationwide.

Responsibilities: Revenue & Growth Proactively reach out to sororities and campus organizations via text, DM, email, and video calls Reactivate dormant accounts using CRM segmentation Close bulk custom merchandise orders Hit weekly outreach and revenue targets

Full Relationship Ownership Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts Guide customers through design approvals, order details, sizing, timelines, and invoicing Coordinate internally with design and production to ensure orders run smoothly Ensure accuracy, urgency, and premium customer experience from start to finish

Brand Representation Represent The Hang Loose Hut with confidence, personality, and professionalism Run video calls with chapter officers Build authentic relationships while maintaining a results-driven mindset

Pipeline & Performance Manage and track all activity inside the CRM Maintain structured follow-ups, and continuously improve close percentages Report on performance metrics regularly

Requirements: 1–3 years of sales experience preferred (B2B, campus sales, outbound sales, or similar) Experience using a CRM to manage pipeline is a plus Must be available to work in-office in Fountain Valley, CA
