Job Description
This is a hands-on, detail-driven role at the center of customer communication and operational coordination. EXO Talent Partners is partnering with an established aerospace & defense manufacturer in Southern Connecticut seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support customer relationships, quoting, and order execution within a structured manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
Prepare accurate quotations and estimates using ERP systems
Enter and manage customer orders from receipt through delivery
Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Contracts to ensure accuracy
Communicate proactively with customers regarding lead times and order status
Maintain CRM data integrity (Salesforce)
Support sales team activities and customer follow-up
Assist with trade show logistics and rep coordination
What We’re Looking For
1–5 years of experience in inside sales, order management, or customer-facing roles in a manufacturing or engineered products environment
ERP experience required (Syteline, Epicor, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a structured environment
Professional, customer-focused communication style
US Citizen or Green Card (ITAR-regulated environment)
