Clinical Application Specialist

My client is a healthcare technology company building software that integrates into radiology workflows to support imaging teams in delivering efficient, high-quality care. As they expand partner sites across the US, they are hiring a Clinical Applications Specialist to lead onboarding, training, and workflow adoption.

This is a customer-facing role for an imaging professional who enjoys working directly with radiology teams, guiding technology implementation, and improving day-to-day clinical workflows.

What you’ll do Lead onboarding of new radiology partner sites from kickoff through go-live Train technologists, radiologists, and administrators on software workflows Support virtual and on-site go-live sessions Assess existing workflows and help sites transition smoothly onto new processes Act as the clinical liaison between partner sites and internal teams Gather user feedback to support continuous improvement

What they’re looking for ARRT-certified technologist with CT and/or MR experience 3+ years in a radiology or imaging environment Comfortable training clinical users and presenting workflows Interest in healthcare technology and workflow optimization Willingness to travel for partner site onboarding
