Job Details
Client Management:
Serve as primary client contact, building trust and providing exceptional service
Conduct client meetings to gather tax information and discuss strategies
Identify and offer tailored tax solutions and savings opportunities
Tax Compliance and Preparation
Prepare and review tax returns for diverse entities (businesses, individuals, trusts)
Analyze financial data to maximize deductions, credits, and incentives
Stay current with tax law changes to ensure compliance
Research and Analysis:
Conduct complex tax research and interpret regulations
Analyze tax implications of business transactions
Prepare technical memos and recommendations
Team Collaboration
Collaborate across practice areas
Mentor junior staff
Contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications
Bachelor's in accounting/finance; CPA preferred
3+ years tax/accounting experience
Comprehensive tax law knowledge
Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
