About the Role

CAM's Repair & Maintenance Division Manager leads our team serving both commercial and multifamily clients. Responsibilities include full P&L responsibility, oversight of On Demand services ranging from handyman to hauling and graffiti removal, to estimating and project management of work such as unit turns, trash chute repair, light tenant improvements, and more.

You will champion and scale Mercury Constellation™ -- CAM's workforce development model -- founded on building a team of maintenance technicians to serve the multifamily, office, and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

Full P&L ownership Lead and develop your supervisory team Implement job ladders and certifications under Mercury Constellation™ Improve labor efficiency and routing Recruit subcontractors Drive continuous improvement and SOP adoption Strengthen client relationships and account retention

Success Measures

Stabilize and improve operating margins Workforce development program certification completion Supervisor bench strength Division revenue growth Client satisfaction

Compensation

Base salary from $90,000 per year Annual incentive plan tied to operational improvements and margin improvements.

Bonus target: 20% of base salary Company vehicle, fuel card and maintenance Benefits include: HMO, Dental, Vision, Term Life Insurance; 401k; Vacation and Sick time
