As the Managing
Veterinarian of MNVH, you will:
Provide
medical leadership for the hospital
Manage
associate veterinarians
Ensure
regulatory compliance relating to the practice of veterinary medicine
Lead a
collaborative team to provide quality medicine and exceptional client
service

trained to assist in all surgical and medical procedures.
Equipment:
In
house Lab (Full IDEXX VetLab)
Well-equipped
surgical suite (All sevoflurane anesthesia)
Digital
radiography and Digital dental radiology
Dentalaire
dental equipment
Ultrasound
Compensation:
Base salary of $120,000-$150,000
Production-based bonuses
Generous signing bonus

Skills and Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
Licensure in good standing to practice in the state in which applicant is to be employed
Leadership experience a plus but not necessary as we do offer Medical Director training for DVMs
*Relocation benefits are
offered at NVA GPโs discretion and are available only for approved Managing
Veterinarian roles within the following states: OH, WV, PA, MD, NJ, NY, MA, RI,
CT, VT, NH, ME. Eligibility is dependent on distance moved, business need, and
final approval from Talent Acquisition. Payment amounts and criteria may vary
by role and are subject to change at any time.
Relocation benefits are
not available for local moves (e.g., short-distance moves within the same metro
area). NVA GP reserves the right to determine whether a move qualifies as
โrelocationโ based on mileage thresholds, candidate address, and business rationale.
