Overview
A growing orthopedic-focused Durable Medical Equipment provider is expanding in the Pacific Northwest and seeking a driven Sales Representative to develop and manage a high-potential territory covering Tacoma, Seattle, and Olympia.
This role offers a unique blend of established accounts and new business development within a dense, opportunity-rich market. The ideal candidate is confident in clinical environments, comfortable working with orthopedic surgeons and DME coordinators, and motivated to build a long-term book of business.
What You’ll Do
Territory Development & Account Management
Manage and expand existing orthopedic accounts
Prospect and develop new referral sources within assigned territory
Visit orthopedic offices, hospitals, and clinics to build relationships
Work directly with DME coordinators and clinical staff to generate referrals
Sales & Growth
Drive revenue through a mix of core DME products and higher-billing specialty items
Leverage manufacturer-supported lead software to identify high-opportunity surgeons
Educate providers on product benefits and patient outcomes
Operations & Administration
Complete high-volume documentation and insurance verification
Manage patient follow-up and billing coordination
Ensure timely service and equipment support
Provide occasional weekend service support for urgent equipment needs

Compensation & Benefits
Top Performers: $100,000 – $200,000+ (uncapped commission)

Qualifications
Preferred:
1+ years of DME sales experience
Also Considered:
Medical sales (diagnostics, device, B2B medical)
3+ years in a clinical setting seeking transition into sales
Proven experience selling into hospitals, orthopedic clinics, or physician offices
