Pride Health is hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 12-week contract assignment in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

Job Description The Respiratory Therapist will assess patient respiratory care needs, develop and implement care plans, and deliver high-quality respiratory therapy services while ensuring excellent patient and family experience. Key Responsibilities Perform and document comprehensive respiratory assessments and establish appropriate care plans Administer respiratory therapies, manage airways, and initiate/manage mechanical ventilation per protocol Monitor patient status, collect and analyze ABGs, and respond to emergent respiratory situations Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, educate patients/families, and support continuity of care.

Education & Requirements Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy specialty training program –

Required Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

certification –

NBRC (Required).

Offered pay rate will be based on experience, certifications, and facility guidelines.
