Pharmacist

Job Title: Pharmacist – Inpatient (Acute Care) Duration: 26 weeks Contract Location: 5419 N Lovington Hwy,Hobbs, NM 88240 Shift Type: Day Shift | 4x10 | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Schedule: 7 On / 7 Off (Wednesday–Tuesday) Weekly Pay: $2800/week- $2840/week

Job Duties: Verify, dispense, and manage inpatient medications in an acute care setting Perform clinical dosing including renal, pediatric, cardiac, and anticoagulation therapy Monitor therapeutic drug levels and pharmacokinetics Manage warfarin and anticoagulation dosing protocols Prepare and compound IV medications using sterile technique Utilize automated dispensing systems (Pyxis) Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams Provide medication-related education and recommendations Document all activities accurately in the EMR system

Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience as an Inpatient / Acute Care Pharmacist (Required) Epic EMR experience required Active RPh License IV Certification
