Quality Assurance Manager (York County)

Quality Manager - $110,000 to $125,000 plus bonus

Critical leadership role at a growing privately held manufacturing company headquartered in southwestern York County.

The Quality Manager will manage a team of 3 and will report directly to the company’s long-time President. The Quality Manager will ensure quality standards, safety and legal requirements and company policies and specifications are met. Our client takes great pride in long being ISO 9001 certified and believes the Quality Manager will play a key role in conducting / supporting ISO Audits. The Quality Manager will work closely with clients, customers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve problems with delivered products.

Our client seeks a proven leader with a minimum of 3 years quality experience within a manufacturing environment. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required. Prior experience working in an ISO compliant organization is preferred but not required.
