Location: On-site | Department: Residential Services
Schedule: Full-time | Includes evenings/nights /weekends / on - call

What You’ll Do
As the BHT Supervisor, you’ll lead a dedicated team of Behavioral Health Technicians and BHT Leads, ensuring high-quality care and support for residents. You’ll foster a culture of kindness, honesty, and respect while driving excellence in service delivery, staff development, and program operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of BHTs
Ensure trauma-informed, inclusive, and engaging programming
Collaborate with clinical and medical teams to support resident health
Manage facility needs and maintain operational readiness
Oversee documentation, compliance, and crisis response
Handle staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
What We’re Looking For
Education:
Associate degree in Human Services preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
Experience:
3+ years of supervisory experience; 5+ years in customer service with diverse populations
Certifications:
Valid Ohio Driver’s License ; CDCA within 6 months of hire
Skills:
Strong communication, organization, leadership, and computer proficiency

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.

Specific vision abilities required for this role include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Keyboard data entry is also required.
