\*Job Overview\* We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in IT support. \*Duties\* - Provide IT support to end-users regarding software and hardware issues - Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including LAN, VPN, and Firewall configurations - Manage desktop support activities such as installations, configurations, and upgrades - Respond to help desk tickets promptly and resolve technical problems efficiently - Assist in computer management tasks including maintenance and updates \*Qualifications\* - Proven experience in IT support roles - Proficiency in using IT tools such as Remedy for ticketing systems - Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users and team members If you are passionate about IT support and possess the required skills, xhqgsiq we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to contribute to our dynamic team.
