Controller
$Vaco has partnered with a respected logistics company seeking a Controller to join their team. This role offers a clear path for advancement, along with a flexible hybrid schedule and an attractive compensation package. Youโll oversee financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls in accordance with GAAP/IFRS. Youโll also lead and develop accounting teams, drive process improvements and system upgrades.

Drive process improvements, system upgrades, and policy enhancements for efficiency and scalability
Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights, trend analysis, and strategic recommendations
Support special projects, including M&A and due diligence, with financial expertise and risk assessment
