4×10-hour shifts (7:00 AM–5:30 PM), weekdays, 1 opening Emergency Dept & Inpatient Med-Surg (FLOAT):

5×8-hour shifts (8:30 AM–5:00 PM), weekdays, 4 openings Outpatient Clinics:

5×8-hour shifts (8:30 AM–5:00 PM), weekdays, 4 openings Weekend coverage as needed. Key Responsibilities: Provide patient care, case management, and diagnostic evaluations. Supervise and mentor social work staff. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for behavioral health services. Monitor staff performance and participate in professional development. Requirements: Master's degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited institution. Active California Social Worker license. Minimum 6 months (1,000 hours) healthcare social work experience (field placement or post-graduate). Strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
