Pediatrics Integrated Pharmacist

Looking for a Residency Trained Integrated Pediatrics Pharmacist to join our client's team on a 7 on/7 off Evening shift, 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. This position will support our Emergency Department and PICU. Position is non-exempt/hourly. No On-call required.

Requirements: A minimum of a PGY1 pharmacy residency. PGY2 in Pediatrics is a plus. 2 years of experience as a hospital Pharmacist (or at discretion of System Executive, System Pharmacy) with knowledge of the unit dose medication and I.V. admixture processes Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy; Post graduate residency program from an accredited program. Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Texas; Pharmacy Sterile Product certification through an in-house program or other accredited program is required
