Job Summary We are actively hiring Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants for multiple healthcare settings across all five boroughs of New York City. Opportunities are available in hospitals, outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and long-term care environments.

Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop or assist with individualized treatment plans Provide physical therapy services in accordance with care plans and clinical protocols Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the care team Document treatments, progress, and outcomes in the EMR Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care goals Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and functional strategies

Requirements Active New York State license as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant Experience in hospital, outpatient, skilled nursing, or long-term care settings preferred Strong clinical and documentation skills Patient-centered, collaborative approach to care New graduates are welcome to apply
