skilled, compassionate Nurse Practitioner

to join our growing Columbus, IN clinic. Position Summary The Nurse Practitioner plays a key clinical role in delivering high-quality, individualized care to patients seeking hormone optimization, weight loss, and wellness services. This position requires strong clinical judgment, patient education skills, and a passion for proactive, wellness-focused medicine. Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical exams Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for hormone therapy, weight management, and wellness services Educate patients on medications, therapies, lifestyle recommendations, and long-term wellness strategies Administer injections and IV therapies as appropriate; monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members to ensure exceptional patient experience Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic protocols and regulatory standards Qualifications

Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Indiana Experience in hormone therapy, weight management, functional medicine, or wellness-based care preferred Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills Passion for optimizing patient health through innovative and evidence-based care Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment Benefits & Perks
