Lean Manufacturing - Production Supervisor | Third Shift (7:30 PM – 6:00 AM)

Ready to lead when it matters most? Evoqua is looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to own third-shift operations manufacturing large-scale wastewater treatment equipment in carbon and stainless steel.

Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement Implement lean manufacturing initiatives to improve workflow and reduce waste. Identify and execute process improvements to enhance productivity and quality. Monitor inventory levels to ensure material availability and minimize downtime.

In this role, you’ll: Drive day-to-day production while keeping schedules on track. Lead and apply Lean Manufacturing practices that actually move the needle Ensure strong inventory control and operational discipline Champion quality, safety, teamwork, and accountability on the shop floor

Qualifications Required: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of inventory management and lean manufacturing. Ability to make informed decisions and adapt to changing priorities.
