Dental Office Manager

Dental Software Specialist (Not a Dental Office Role) Novadontics | San Diego, CA (In-Person) Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Novadontics is a dental technology company transforming how dental practices operate. We provide an all-in-one dental practice management platform that includes a powerful management suite, a dental marketplace with corporate-level savings, and an integrated continuing education portal. This role is ideal for professionals with dental front office experience who are ready to transition into a technology-driven, client-facing position. While dental knowledge is essential, this is not a dental office job.

What You’ll Do Deliver virtual demonstrations of the Novadontics software to dentists and their teams Present and explain key platform features and workflows Apply dental insurance billing knowledge to real-world software use cases Provide customer support and user guidance Participate in dental trade shows, meetings, and seminars Collaborate with internal teams to improve product adoption and user experience

What We’re Looking For 3+ years of dental front office experience Strong understanding of dental insurance billing Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Professional, polite, and confident communication style Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Comfort working independently with minimal supervision Interest in software technology and innovation Analytical and process-oriented mindset Desire for continuous learning and improvement

Education & Experience 4-year college degree is a plus, but not required Practice management software experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits Base salary plus commission Expected annual earnings range: $70,000–$120,000+ Healthcare benefits Paid time off

Schedule & Travel Full-time, Monday through Friday Occasional evenings or weekends as needed Limited travel (3–5 trips per year) for dental meetings and seminars

Location & Work Authorization In-person position based in San Diego, CA 92122 Reliable commute or relocation required Must be authorized to work in the United States
