Sr. Attorney (Contracts) (Chicago)

Our client is seeking a Senior Attorney who is legally trained in contract negotiation.

This is a contract position that can be done remotely. Chicago candidates preferred for onsite meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex agreements, ensuring terms appropriately mitigate risk and align with business and regulatory requirements. Utilize contract management systems and automation platforms to streamline contract review processes, maintain accurate documentation, and support operational scalability. Provide strategic guidance on contracting best practices, industry standards, and payments‑related regulatory considerations to enable informed decision‑making across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

In-house legal or contract management experience Experience within the payments industry is highly preferred

Pay: 90/hr W2
