Must be proficient in neonatal resuscitation, ventilator management, and family-centered care. This is a 12-hour shift role with weekend, holiday, and possible on-call requirements. Floating to similar acuity areas may be required. Compliance onboarding typically takes 4–6 weeks. A voice and nurse manager interview are mandatory. Missed shifts due to callouts must be made up.
