Full Time Litigation Attorney

*Arizona Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience. * *Pay:* $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year *Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated litigation attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our team. This role focuses primarily on Arizona state court litigation and offers hands-on exposure to complex business, real estate, and contract matters. This is not a passive in-house position. You will actively draft pleadings, manage discovery, participate in depositions, and help shape litigation strategy. If you want real responsibility early in your career and direct involvement in active cases, this role offers that opportunity. *Responsibilities* * Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery in Arizona Superior Court * Manage day-to-day litigation tasks * Assist with depositions and hearings * Conduct legal research and prepare filings * Support lease negotiations and real estate matters * Draft and review business contracts *Compensation* * $125,000 to $150,000 depending on experience * $5,000 relocation bonus * Performance bonus eligibility * Health, dental, vision insurance * 401(k) * Bar dues and CLE covered * Paid time off The base salary or hourly wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
