Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An immediate opening is available for a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide in-person support in a K-12 school setting. This temporary assignment spans approximately 9 weeks, covering for a district OT on medical leave starting late January or early February. The position is based in Morgan Hill, CA, and requires on-site presence throughout the contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students K-12.
Implement therapy services focused on improving students' functional abilities and participation in school activities.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and adapt classroom environments as needed.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district and regulatory standards.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations to support educational goals.
Desired Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children across K-12 grades.
Strong communication skills and collaborative approach with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently.
Familiarity with current occupational therapy techniques and school regulations.

On-site role; remote work is not available.
