Diesel Mechanic

Eastern Waste Services is a growing commercial & residential waste collection company. We are seeking a Diesel Mechanic for our fleet. We will entertain applicants of various skill/experience levels - A, B or C. Starting compensation will be commensurate with experience and capability.

*Willing to train and develop if you are a B or C level mechanic so you gain technical skills. Will compensate A level mechanics at a very attractive rate. *

Responsibilities include:

* Preventative Maintenance * Diagnostics * Correcting vehicle / engine defects * Record keeping

Job qualifications include:

* Knowledge of hydraulics * Experience with various vehicle and engine types * Able to work independently * Excellent work ethic

ASE Certification is preferred.

CDL license is preferred.

Welding experience is also a plus.

Compensation will be according to your experience in a diesel technician capacity. We offer very competitive wages for this position. xmvmafu Excellent benefits are included in your compensation.
