This part-time, benefit-eligible role (32 hours/week) serves Trempealeau County and has the potential to grow into a full-time position. $1,500 Sign-On Bonus! What You'll Do:

* Provide in-home therapy to youth, adults, and families * Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans * Deliver strength-based, evidence-informed therapeutic services * Attend recovery team meetings and participate in clinical supervision * Document services and maintain timely records * Travel to community settings including homes and schools

What You'll Need:

* Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field * Practicum experience aligned with LSS services * Eligibility for a WI "in training" license (APSW, LPC-IT, MFT-IT) * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
